I splurged on this because I was tired of buying frozen drinks from a convenient store. It works great! Very easy to clean. It is kind of noisy, but I don't run it all the time. Please note: you do have to use liquids with atleast 5% sugar. I have only used it once... sports drinks do really well... I can't wait to try other stuff.

This has been a great product so far. I bought it for my wife for Christmas and she loves it. We enjoy making the kids frozen drinks and margaritas for the adults. My only complaint is that I wish it were a little bigger. A group of 4 can each have a drink each while the next road is being made but having a larger machine would certainly make it easier. No issues, easy to clean. Recommend the product.

If you have ever dreamed of having a 7/11 slushie machine parked right in your kitchen congratulations this product is basically that dream come true. This thing is so easy it practically makes the slushies itself. I threw in some Coke hit play and like magic I had a frosty masterpiece without even breaking a sweat or leaving the house. Honestly the hardest part was deciding whether to make another round or just sip in silent appreciation.The self-cleaning function deserves a standing ovation. It is like having a tiny cleaning fairy who lives inside the machine and never complains. I got it in January. it worked fine. I haven't used it in almost 4 months and now when I tried to use it. OP is stuck on the screen. How do I clear it? My original review.Daisy in customer service reached out to me and told me about an updated machine. She sent an the larger 88oz to replace the machine with the Op (open). I got the new machine in 4 days and it's been working great. More capacity and the slushy seems to get cold faster and come out smoother. Thank Daisy for the great customer service.

My machine won't never anything frozen. So I contacted Daisy in customer support told her my issue. I advise her I've did everything correctly. She advise me I had a bad condenser. She advise me they would give a full refund or send me a other one free of charge ASAP just send my address. And for my inconvenience they issued me a 10% refund off the first I had purchased. The customer support was just wonderful. Kudos to Daisy.
