4 Years And Still Holding Strong
I just want to say, I didn't start writing reviews until the past 6 months, so this has been a long time coming. I originally bought this on Amazon February 8th...2019! I have used my G502 Lightspeed on this since both of these came out. Originally I was using the G903, but honestly, I didn't like the feel of it.This mouse pad is a game changer for me. No more anxiety worrying about when my battery is going to die, no more trying to remember I need to place my mouse in a certain spot or way on a charger for it to connect properly, and I don't need to remember to plug it in. Seriously, this is awesome. Takes seconds to set up and sync. Your mouse just....works. Think of having the dependability of connection of a wired mouse, but now wireless. It's weird to say, but it's an amazing concept.Out of the 4 years, I only had 2 minor hiccups with it. 1, at one point the puck/battery that connects to your mouse wasn't holding a charge. I was getting frustrated but when I finally took the puck back out, I found out my 4 year old at the time spilled juice. Even though it didn't really get anywhere, the mouse was splashed with it. Took the puck out and looked at the contacts, and they were "dirty". After cleaning the contacts, they work like new and haven't had a problem since. I'm still using the original puck/battery.The only other issue I had, and really not an issue, more of a PLEASE BE AWARE. I'm not used to keeping mousepads to the point of deterioration. After like 6-8 months, old ones feel grimey, I just end up throwing them away. Not these. I spent over 2 years with the hard and soft surface. Honestly, the soft surface is nice, but gets dirty real quick, so I mainly use the harder surface. The pads were literally falling apart from the constant every day use for both work and play. I bought replacement mats on Logitech's site last year and haven't had an issue since.Even though I mention 2 issues I had, that's both on me and in my opinion normal wear and tear. This has held up between 2 computers, 4 years of consistent use, my child being around, and 2 cats that live on my desk. I guess you can work hard, play hard, and even live hard and have a durable and dependable mouse pad.I highly recommend things a decent amount now when I notice quality or niche things, but this mouse pad...if you have a mouse that's compatible with it and you don't have this mouse pad, why? Get it, I swear to you this is a game changer. If you don't have either, I know it's expensive and a pretty big barrier to entry, but it's one of the few times I would say it's completely worth it. DO NOT break yourself if you don't have the spare money, but for anyone else, seriously give this a thought. Weird to type up an essay for a mouse pad, but that's just how good this is. Good job Logitech.

Game-Changing Wireless Charging
The Logitech G POWERPLAY Wireless Charging System is a must-have for anyone using Logitech’s LIGHTSPEED gaming mice. This system eliminates the need to charge your mouse manually, keeping it powered while you play or work. The sleek design includes both cloth and hard mousepad options, so you can choose your preferred surface for precision or speed.Setup is seamless—just plug in the base, attach the POWERCORE module to your compatible mouse, and you’re good to go. It’s compatible with mice like the G502 LIGHTSPEED and PRO X Superlight, delivering reliable, lag-free performance. I never have to think about charging anymore, even during long gaming sessions. The mousepad itself is responsive and high-quality, with plenty of space for smooth movements. My only minor gripe is the higher price, but the convenience and performance make it well worth the investment. If you’re looking to declutter your setup and never worry about charging again, the Logitech G POWERPLAY is a no-brainer!

The Perfect Balance of Power and Play
I've been on Logitech's Powerplay system for three years now, and it's a subtle but serious upgrade for anyone seeking to refine their wireless mouse experience, whether for gaming or general usage. While I wouldn't necessarily say I was battling with wire drag in my previous setup, my experience post-Powerplay has made me hypersensitive to the cable tugs and pulls inherent with a wired mouse. Having tasted the freedom of a wireless experience, I find it hard to even consider returning to the tethered confines of wires. This system eliminates the all-too-familiar struggle of battery anxiety. No more frantic searches for a charging cable when the dreaded red blinking light of a dying mouse battery appears mid-session. Whether you're about to hunker down for a gaming session or preparing for a productivity marathon, the Powerplay system ensures your mouse is always charged and ready. It's a liberating sensation that's hard to overstate. However, if you're considering the Powerplay system, be aware of an important caveat: it doesn't work with metal desks. I discovered this compatibility issue when I switched to the SecretLab Magnus Pro, which rendered the wireless charging feature ineffective (which is fine, because now I'll get to use the system at work). So heads up if your setup involves a metal desk. The included G240 cloth mat, while designed with gaming in mind, also excels in general use scenarios. It offers a blend of speed and control that can cater to a variety of tasks. Nonetheless, it's worth mentioning that its size might be a bit restrictive for those using lower DPI settings, especially in FPS gaming. For most other genres and general usage, the mat's size is serviceable. One issue is that mat durability could be improved. I found myself needing to replace the cloth mat roughly every six months due to wear and tear - a somewhat frustrating requirement given the system's premium price tag. You can probably tell in the pictures that I'm on the verge of needing to replace my current mat.The Logitech Powerplay system is a robust solution for those looking for a fully wireless mouse experience, without the worry of battery life, whether for gaming or general use. Although it could use a few enhancements in terms of cloth mat durability and overall size, its superb performance and the sheer convenience it offers largely justify the price.

Never worry about charging your wireless Logitech mouse again.
Works great, Gen 1 HAS the built in wireless receiver unlike the newer Gen 2 that is out. Gen 1 comes with 2 mousepads, the hard and soft. Gen 2 only has 1. Provides continuous charging for my 502 wireless mouse and it one less thing for me to worry about having to ensure if it is charged.
