Great value, very useful size and shape
I have a "few" knifes. Grew up a farm boy and you were never without your knife! Some like those high dollar hand made knifes. I have a couple of those and they look and feel very good. But, I want a working knife that I can use in daily life. Also, sometimes my knifes are tools and they might get a bit of abuse at times. They need to be practical and durable while at the same time being affordable. This knife checks off the boxes for me. Its handle is metal, not plastic. It has that easy flip out opening thing that makes it quick to get to work using jut one hand to open it. Its sharp and practical for every day use while at the same time being affordably priced. .So, five starts for being a very practical and affordable knife that is well made and functions smoothly.

Great for the price!
This was an add-on item to get free same day shipping. At the price point I didn't have any expectations for quality, just figured I could use a knife to keep in my car. I was shocked at how good this little knife actually is! For $26 this is a great little carry. The assisted open is easy to deploy and but very strong, and the frame lock feels good and disengages easily. Sharpness is decent and the overall function of the knife is great. At this price point, I think this is an exceptional knife!

Amazing knife for the price
I bought this knife on sale. I have to say I am very impressed with what I have found so far. I like Kershaw brand knives. I own their Kurkri and other full tang straight blade camp knives. This is the first Kershaw pocket knife I have owned.First the pros:1) Out of the box I loved the feel of this knife. It is slim with enough heft to feel like a solid work tool.2) I love the straight look and lines of this knife. Most knives have multiple incorporated curves in the handle and blade. This knife has mostly very straight and sleek lines. The curve at the choil and flipper combine to give it a great sturdy feel.3) To continue with the look the blade feels like it wants to jump out. Like a sail boat cutting through waves.4) It is a very sturdy blade.5) There is no play in the pivot.6) The screws are slightly recessed but what you can feel of them is more like an accent. It adds to the tactile feel of holding it instead of taking away from the handle.7) The assisted spring action is very satisfying. It pops solidly into place. The action is quick and decisive but not so much that it feels as if the knife can be pulled out of position by the inertia.8) The blade itself is a very rugged looking stone wash and is razor sharp out of the box. I know that is a cliche description for most blades but I kid you not. Be careful with this blade. IT will shave the hairs of your arm with little to no effort.9) The shape of the blade if very complementary to the handle. They flow very well together.10) The pocket Clip is very solid and allows for a secure hold.11) There is also a very nice lanyard hole at the back of the blade. The design adds something to the lines to finish the straight more mechanical feel to the blade. It is a black metal incorporated into the crosshatched back plate.12) The second stage pause on closing is positive and gives strong, tactile warning that the blade is coming home to its resting place.13) Very important for any blade I buy is protection for my hand. The flipper becomes enough of a guard that I think it would be very hard to have my hand slip forward over the blade should I use it point first.Cons:1) The smooth metal handle is awesome but it takes some practice to get a feel for how the blade will sit and open in your hand. Initially I thought about either tooling a small amount of crosshatching or adding a small stylized piece of skateboard tape like I would to a pistol handle. I did decide to keep it a clean, smooth look just because I really enjoy the look and the feel became more pleasant with practice.2) The lock was a little stiff at first but with more use it quickly became more fluid while retaining a very stable lock for the blade.3) Made in China (I noticed this after close inspection of the blade)Summary:Overall the cons are really not cons. I happened on this knife at a great sale price but to be honest I would feel just as impressed had I paid full price for it. The looks drew my eye and the features convinced me to buy it. I do not regret it in the least. This will quickly become an EDC favorite for work (27plus years in LE). This knife is also super fun to fidget with. It just feels good to the hands. It may not be at the same quality as a Benchmade but it is a crazy good value for the quality in the blade that I have found so far. Plus at this price I have no problems with putting it through its paces. Time will tell as to the durability of the blade.I Highly recommending this knife if you are looking for a great deal.

Light and slim assisted opener. My new favorite EDC.
Light and slim assisted opener. The blade shape is perfect for opening packages or slicing an apple. The blade treatment and matte finish give it a premium look. It's almost like a pho damascus finish. This is my new favorite edc knife.

This pocket knife won't disappoint.
After reading the reviews, and also being a pocket knife fanatic, I just had to have this knife, it's high quality, well built, easy to carry in your pocket, opens and closes smoothly, and is large enough to tackle anything that any other pocket knife will do, it's very sharp, and worth every penny that I paid for it, highly recommend this knife, it won't dissappoint.

Good knife
Smaller knife than my full size iridium but that’s what I was going for. Wanted something I could use when I’m out and about and not worry if I lose it or abuse it. It was $20 and it fluctuates between $26-$20 on Amazon. So if you’re thinking about it, watch it for a few days before buying it. It fits great in the pocket since it’s slim and small. I’ve got some meaty hands and I’m able to comfortably get a full grip on it. It is slightly slippery due to the all metal body but I don’t use or need a knife on a daily basis that I depend on it too heavily.I’ve had better experiences with assisted opening knives compared to the duralock with my Iridium. After a few boxes cut on the iridium; the blade began to have play and wiggled a bit vertically. Never had that issue with assisted opening knives but for the price point, we’ll see.Definitely recommend if you’re tired of carrying around a bulky knife that takes up a lot of space in your pocket and want something decent. Just remember, don’t expect high quality from a $20 knife.

Made well
I like everything the other reviews say except for the out of the box sharpness. Anxious to use the knife, but checking the blade for sharpness found burrs on the blade and definitely not sharp. After a short time on my whetstone and steel rod the knife sharpened fine. The knife blade seemed soft and probably won't hold a sharp edge very long, but it easily sharpens quickly. This is not anything to do with Kershaw as I own several of their knives and love them.I am impressed with the blade design and size of this knife. I gave this a five star rating because of the quality at this price point. You can't expect a harder and higher quality blade because you certainly couldn't sell at this price. Kudos to Kershaw and their products.
