Good, flexible MP3 player with quality sound and reasonable recording options
I like the size and touch screen functionality of this MP3 player. I was pleasantly surprised by its ability to record decent sound both with its built-in microphone and through attaching an external mike or patch cord to record audio from any device with a standard headphone/earbud jack. (Like your smartphone, it can record and play audio through a single earbud/headphone jack.) It works about as well as my several dedicated voice recorders. It can also display photos and simple videos, though the quality in its small screen is about what you'd expect. It also has bluetooth connectivity so outputting sound to a bluetooth-equipped car audio system or external speakers is possible.I ordered this primarily because I much prefer a touchscreen to setting functions on other small MP3 players I own through buttons or slide switches. The touch screen makes it about as easy as on a smart phone. It can be used as any flash drive to upload and download files with the included USB-C to USB-B patch cord. (You will need a dongle or separate USB-B to USB-C, A, or Lightning adapter if needed. The player includes a small (8GB) micro SD card and can accept larger ones as needed. It also claims to include 64GB of internal storage but my unit maxed out after 8GB of audio tracks. the included "software" can't possibly be 56GB, so I take it either I got a defective unit or the 64GB stated internal storage is grossly exaggerated. That is the reason for my 4-star rating rather than 5-stars. For me, it is not a significant issue as I actually prefer to keep my audio files/music on 8GB micro SD flash cards since much more than that becomes an unwieldly amount of data to pore through on a small screen. The unit is well made out of what feels like a quasi-rubberized plastic body (similar to many smartphone caser). I also like the flexibility to record sound through an internal or external mike though I have better dedicated voice recorders for that function. It does, however, allow recording and playing, of course) both WAV and MP3 files with various reasonable setting for quality (though not as high as my dedicated voice recorders). Again, sound recording quality was very good except when recording with the unit attached to a computer USB port when an annoying and very noticeable hum was quite evident--most likely poor shielding and poor quality of the included data transfer/charging cable. Recording with the data trasfer/charging cord was perfectly fine when running on its rechargeable battery. I had no trouble recording and playing up to 14 hours of voice on a single charge--more than ample given the unit's small size. It can be charged off a computer USB port or with a separate 5V wall charger that accepts a USB-B cable we all have lying around from our phones and sundry other electronic devices.Overall this is a good option for a MP3 or WAV music player that also works quite well as a voice recorder (MP3 or WAV with reasonable quality settings for each). It includes a nice (if tiny print) instruction manual for its many functions, the noted data transfer/charging cable and a set of earbuds cheap earbuds.

Nice little MP3 player
This little mp3 player packs a lot into a small package! As you can see in the first picture, it comes with a USB to USB-c cable, a set of earphones (wired, including a microphone), a protective cover, and a 64Gb microSD card. The mp3 player came fully charged. You can connect it to your laptop or PC or any other USB port to do the charging. When connected to a laptop or PC, the microSD storage shows up as a drive, but there is also a built-in storage that shows up as well. The built-in storage has some examples of music and video (a Tom and Jerry cartoon). I provided a picture showing the drives from my PC's file explorer window. The player has a small internal speaker, but you can plug in the earphones or patch the sound into your stereo using the earphone jack.If you prefer, you can pair the device to your phone or a speaker using the built-in bluetooth connectivity. There's an FM receiver as well. It uses the earphone wire as an antenna and will automatically scan for stations. You have the option to tune to a particular station. You can use the earphone microphone to make recordings and you can also store and display pictures. All in all this is a very complete, compact, package. If you long for the good old days when everything wasn't streaming, this is a nice old-school mp3 player that has some modern updates.I tested loading music onto the microSD, but I used a 512Gb one instead of the provided 64Gb one and it worked great. You can do this by removing the microSD card and loading using a card reader, or just connect the mp3 player to your computer and transfer the files. There is absolutely no hassle. I wish my phone would work this easily with files and music!!

Worth its cost and then some
This tiny MP3 player has some significant shortcomings but I'm still going with a 4-star rating because it does play MP3's pretty well, comes with a 64GB card, provides BlueTooth support, and most importantly it only costs $20 (at time of review). The shortcomings: it says it can play videos if they're AVI or WMV but I've only gotten error messages about improper formats. There are references to a video conversion program on the seller's page here on Amazon and inside the device itself but there is no such tool provided. There is a cartoon video on the device that does play properly so if you're really motivated I suppose you could extract and examine it to see what codecs to use. I haven't.The menus work OK but there's no "go back to home screen" function so if you're 6 menus deep you've got 6 swipes to do to get back home. There's a not-very-good English dictionary and there's also a couple of English-to-Chinese dictionaries that only display gibberish I can recognize Chinese and that's not what's being displayed). It has a headphone jack (and comes with an OK set of earbuds) but the jack opening is crazy tight and I had to use pliers to unplug the headphones. It has some other stuff - it'll display JPG pics if you provide them, it's got an FM radio, a sound recorder, and a file/folder explorer tool - and they all work OK. The clock loses about 1 minute every two days. All in all it's a barebones thing but for only $20 you get a full-function player with a couple frills. I think it provides good bang for the buck so I'm giving 4 stars.
