Arrived on time on a nice sealed box. Very professionally boxed. Startup was as expected. The learning curve on the Boox is quite steep if one wants to be a competent user but it is fun to learn.The Boox go 10.3 is ideal as a notebook and to read in bright ambient light but not good at all for movies. There is no backlight so it is not for use in the dark. But neither is a pad of paper!

Nice device but eInk is not paper-like enough for me yet to use without a front light. This was my first attempt to move to eInk from an iPad and I chose this without a front light to get away from lighting and read like paper. But it is still dimmer than newspaper and a bit too reflective of ambient light. I will probably try again as tech improves.I wanted to love it. The hardware is sleek, light and delightful to use. The software while a little complex is super capable and adjustable to how you want to use it. I would keep if the background could be whiter without a front light but returning.

Perfect for notes and reading. The screen is super crisp and the device is really thin, tho if you're buying this, be aware there isn't any front light. I use a neck reading light to read in the dark, but overall, this is an excellent product!!

I rate the Boox Go 10.3 4.5 stars. However, I have to rate it lower as the unit I received was sealed and packaged like new, but what was inside was clearly a used unit that had finger prints and marks on the screen and the back had dirt spots and what appeared to be makeup. It also smelled of perfume from the previous owner. There have been reports of units being returned and sent out as new. The unit I received was clearly repackaged and sealed to appear new. I have owned and tested the ViWoods AiPaper, Boox Note Air 4C and the Boox Go 10.3 is a great value with lots of bells and whistles. I paid for a new unit and expect to receive a new unit. If anyone is looking for a good note / ereader, this unit is a very good option with crisp display, good battery life, many features to satisfy most needs.

Love it! It replace my notebook and I’m using it daily. As it’s Android base , it has flexibility on browsing website and reading comics.

Although it still functions as it should, the stylus looks like it has been used and abused. Otherwise, so far so good. A bit more of a learning curve than expected.
