What a game changer, I found the original head strap so uncomfortable only being able to play for about 10 mins but with this one I wore it for an hour without any pain or discomfort. It was really easy to install taking only a few minutes and you are all ready to go.The adjustment dial on the back is easy to use with the ability to make small adjustments (in both directions) to get the perfect fit, being hinged is super easy to take off by just lifting the back strap upI have a small head and hubby has a larger head and we both feel a lot more comfortable wearing it and it is easy to alter for us both when switching users.In my opinion it is a very well thought through design made with good quality materials. It feels very sturdy and secure onto your head.

What an amazing piece of equipment kiwi need a round of applause. This headset is far better than the set the meta quest 3s comes with I'm glad I replaced. No more dirty strap it's replaced with a plastic arm that can be adjusted opened and closed for comfort and take on and off. The headset has a soft leather cushion in the inside at the back for great comfort and support unlike the original set. Also the round adjust button for fit in this new verison is hidden away so it doesn't affect the comfort when sitting back. Setup takes 5 mins click in and out don't have to be a genius to work it out straight foward. The strap at the top of the head also has a cushion so the velcro doesn't hurt the head or cause fraction.I bought on sale with next day delivery under 40 pound such a steal great value for money. My son plays the VR on a daily and he makes it look easy and now he can fit the headset solo but I recommend you use the wrist straps at all times dangerous without.

I recently purchased the KIWI Design K4 Comfort Head Strap for my Quest 3, and I’m absolutely impressed! The comfort and quality of this head strap far exceeded my expectations, especially considering the price.Firstly, the cushion on the strap is incredibly soft and provides excellent support. It really takes the pressure off the top of my head, making long VR sessions so much more comfortable. The adjustable straps are easy to use, and I can get a perfect fit without feeling tight or uncomfortable. The build quality feels solid, and it attaches securely to the Quest 3 without any issues.Comparing it to the official Meta strap, this one is a no-brainer. It’s much more affordable and offers fantastic comfort, which is exactly what you need when you're immersed in VR for hours.I would highly recommend the KIWI Design K4 Comfort Head Strap to anyone with a Quest 3. It’s a great value for the price, and the comfort it provides makes it a must have.

This head strap is absolutely brilliant and so comfortable. The normal strap from meta quest 3 is pretty rubbish, and it pinches in places after a few minutes, causing pain. This one from Kiwi is incredibly comfortable and easy to use. If you have glasses like me, you can easily just bend the head strap at the hinge, and then place it over your eyes. You can then tighten with the adjustable knob at the back. I now can wear it for hours without any pain. Meta should have supplied this KIWi head strap with their Meta Quest 3 headset rather than the poor strap they supplied. I purchased this in April, and I have used it ever since. I totally recommend.

This v4 hides the adjustment knob in the rear mount rather than it purtruding. Like all aftermarket ones it has to hindges along the strap, supposedly to allow easier access. This does cause issues with some cases though as they stick out. Unsure why all the third party ones work in this way, may have something to do with copyright over original / genuine elite strap design.On the latter point I think the soft rubber rear support on the genuine elite strap is a better idea than the hard plastic version on the third party versions. To be fair this does come with a sponge pad with a black pvc cover that sticks to the rear support with velcrome. The elite design is just simpler and cleaner.

The level of comfort and ease of adjustment is significantly improved over the standard meta straps. Money well-spent!

Well made item, very easy to fit onto the Quest, the pad at the back is a great job easily adjusted and very comfortable it is a lot better than the original straps, probably should have purchased the comfort head strap with built in battery, all in all an excellent item.

It is surprising just how much difference this makes. Needless to say the default head strap was causing me and my partner multiple issues - pain, discomfort, headaches, weight, loosening, headset positioning.This is far more comfortable, lighter, easier to pick up and carry, and seals the action closer to your eyes. Why don't meta just use this design? This has solved all of the above issues, allowing for sustained gameplay. As an example, I was playing Miracle Pool with the old head strap and I couldn't last for more than 15 minutes. Now there's no limit. Same with Paradiddle using my E-drumkit.The only very minor fault I can find is if you sit back against something - e.g. sofa back or headrest - because the back sits quite high up on your head, I've found it starts lifting off, so isn't really conducive for sitting or lying back against something.
