This really helped me to relax and fall asleep with out waking up groggy.

Unfortunately the patch didn't work for me. I put one on an was awake all night . the next night I used 2 but didn't get the rest promised. I've used a sheet of them and also take niacin and melatonin at night. Stickiness:Was fineQuality:didn't work for meEffectiveness:nope

These are simply an amazing product. I have a lot of trouble sleeping, in fact I have what's called Sleep anxiety, where the idea of not falling asleep is scary enough to keep me from sleeping, my brains special lol. These though put me right into a relaxed state and drowsy, usually within 30 minutes or so. They stay on easily and are hard to miss since they are blue so you're unlikely to forget them. They are comfortable, small profile, and affordable. I also have to mention that I had an issue with an order and the company was immediately on top of things and made it right without any fuss. I couldn't be happier with the customer service.!

Love the product, but the last couple of times I ordered the 90-count, they sent me only one 30-count. I don't know why this keeps happening.

I've tried many other products to help me sleep for many years. The last one's were gummies but they were causing my blood pressure to go sky high. I started looking for a product that contained no chemicals and this one fit the bill. They are easy to apply. Make sure the area has no oil or dirt before applying. It says to apply one or two hours before you plan to sleep. One hour before sleep did not work for me. But two hours was the magic number for me. I can say it has caused me to have some vivid dreams. All which I can remember in details. Not sure if that's a good thing or not. But it helped me sleep. The first couple of nights of using the patches, I woke up many times during the night. But now it's only once after using a whole week.. This product is the real deal! I wish it was a bit cheaper in price and package size though. Give it a try cause it does work.

I have used these for several months and seemed to work, but then I found myself using 2 patches, then 3 etc. Will not buy them again.

I never write reviews but this is a must. I have been taking Benadryl, sleep synergy cbd oil, magnesium, and melatonin pills for at least 10 years. I would take all of them together just to fall asleep but would never stay asleep. I am will to try anything so I figured what do I have to lose and tried these gems. I CAN NOT believe I am getting 7+ hours of sleep every night. It takes 1.5 hours to 2 to kick in so I put it on at 6:30 during the work week and I am ready to fall asleep at 8:30 ( I get up at 4am) I always wake up around 2 and usually would not be able to fall back to sleep. With these I may wake up but I fall back to sleep within a few minutes. I don’t wake up groggy like I use to and feel refreshed every day. I hope I don’t build up a tolerence and they keep working. Only $20 for a month so worth a try. I was paying $80/ month for the cbd and that does not include the write nor everything else.
